A US evening draw is not always at the same clock time in India because our clocks dont change. Twice a year I think the result is late when my reminder is just old. Can the page show both the official draw zone and current IST conversion?
Yes. Powerball is drawn at 10:59 p.m. US Eastern Time on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. That is 8:29 a.m. IST the next day while the eastern US is on daylight time, and 9:29 a.m. IST the next day while it is on standard time.
The official draw date stays the US date. A good India display would show something like Monday draw — result Tuesday 8:29 a.m. IST, and update the conversion automatically when US daylight saving changes.
