Keep the two reminders separate. The result reminder follows the official draw time. The Buy Tickets order deadline is set by the affiliate partner and can be earlier than the cutoff used by the US lottery or retailer that ultimately handles the entry.
Powerball itself says sales cutoffs vary by selling jurisdiction. For an Indian user, LotteryCorner should display the partner's current order deadline at the commerce step and never present it as one universal Powerball cutoff.
