How do you collect lottery winnings in Mississippi ?

In order to file a claim for all prizes worth $600 upwards, you must get the Mississippi Lottery Winner Claim Form and submit a valid ID along with you signed original winning ticket.
To be accepted, your form of identification must confirm your name, age, photo, social security number, and signature. All of these required documentations are necessary for both in-person and mail-in claims of prizes starting from $600 and above.
The MLC will only award a prize to one (1) Claimant, who may be a person, a trust, organization, business, partnership, or even estate.
